Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

RCIA is the “Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults”. It is a process of the conversion of people responding to God’s call to join the Catholic Church. This process will involve a journey of faith leading to the Sacraments of Initiation which are Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist. These Sacraments will be celebrated at the Easter Vigil.  This process is open to those who are baptized/christened in another religion and also to those who have never been baptized or have no religion.

The RCIA program of study takes place every Sunday from 10 am to 11 am and runs from the end of September to the Easter Vigil.  We welcome you to explore this journey of Faith at Mary Mother of God Parish. For further information, please contact the parish office at 905-337-2184.
